Shequeena earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Human Rights from the University of Southern Mississippi and went on to graduate cum laude with her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Mississippi College School of Law. Following law school, Shequeena embarked on a diverse legal career that began at a civil defense firm, where she developed a strong foundation in insurance defense. Her exceptional abilities led to a coveted clerkship with the Honorable Judge Deborah McDonald at the Mississippi Court of Appeals. This position solidified her understanding of complex legal matters and provided her with unique insights into the judicial process.
